Tom Shaw of Pool & Billiard Magazine writes in the January Issue 2003:

Les Fiegel has a specialty - banking - and he's produced everything from tapes to aids to books that zero in on that subject. If you want to improve your banking, go to a specialist.

"Welcome To The Bank... Book III" is printed in a handy spiral bound format that opens flat. Ideally, you should have some of his previous materials to fully understand and use the system (his first book has gone through three printings and all resources are still available).

Fiegel includes kicking in his definition of banking, which is logical but not always done by others. He also covers two-cushion and three-cushion banks (and up to five cushions), the difference between a bank shot with a loose grip and a tight grip, changing object ball direction with cue spin, and more. Virtually every page has a table illustration, a drill shot, and an explanation of execution. If banks are a problem, Fiegel's system will straighten out your game.
